The fine print, in plain language

These terms govern your use of Datareaches dashboards. By using the service you agree to them. Datareaches B.V. is registered in the Netherlands, KvK number 00000000.

1. What we deliver

A custom-built dashboard scoped during discovery, delivered within seven business days, and hosted on infrastructure we manage. Scope is defined in your order form; work outside that scope is a change request.

2. Subscription and payment

Service is billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Late payments after 14 days suspend access; after 60 days terminate the contract. All prices exclude VAT.

3. Your responsibilities

You keep login credentials confidential, you make sure the data you connect is legally yours to process, and you do not use the service for anything illegal or anything that damages our infrastructure.

4. Intellectual property

You own all data you put into your dashboard. We own the underlying platform, framework, and any reusable components. The custom configuration we build for you is licensed to you for the duration of the contract.

5. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers, force majeure, or actions on your side.

6. Liability

Our total liability under this contract is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are never liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination you receive a full export of your data within 14 days; we delete remaining copies within 90 days, excluding backups which expire after 30 days.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are settled by the court in Amsterdam.
